Keith Chiarelli is a Director in Cathedral’s Advisory practice, where he supports a range of service areas including operational and technical accounting, financial reporting, strategic finance, and internal controls.

Keith brings over eight years of experience serving clients in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on the asset management sector—spanning private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds. He also has more than six years of leadership experience within asset management firms, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and led accounting, finance, and reporting functions across multiple funds.

Before joining Cathedral, Keith was a Fund Controller at Flexpoint Ford, LLC, where he managed operations and reporting for funds across its private equity and opportunistic investment strategies. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Vice President at Blackstone, overseeing accounting and financial reporting, along with operations, for its private direct lending funds. Keith began his career in public accounting, most recently as a Senior Manager at EisnerAmper, where he specialized in auditing financial services clients.

Keith holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Miami University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
