Kalgi Ganatra has over 10 years of public accounting experience serving clients across the financial services industry, including Broker-Dealers, asset management companies, investment funds, financial institutions, SEC public reporting companies, and other financial services organizations. She specializes in audit and accounting advisory services and brings deep experience navigating complex GAAP reporting, technical accounting issues, audit readiness, and financial reporting matters.

Kalgi works closely with management teams to understand their business models, operational processes, and internal controls, allowing her to deliver practical insights that extend beyond compliance. She is known for her collaborative, hands-on approach and for helping clients address accounting and reporting challenges in periods of growth, change, or increased regulatory scrutiny.

Earlier in her career, she also worked as an IT consultant, where she focused on requirements gathering, reporting, and systems support using tools such as Crystal Reports and SAP Business Objects – experience that continues to inform her understanding of data, systems, and financial reporting processes.

Kalgi is a licensed CPA in both Texas and California. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from Texas Tech University, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas.
