As Director, Janis Jauch combines her strategic mindset and passion for excellence to manage the accounting and human resources operations at Cathedral. Her role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from overseeing fiscal activities to managing the well-being and development of the team.

Before her tenure at Cathedral, Janis honed her leadership skills at Spiegel Accountancy Corp., where she served as the Director of Administration starting in 2012. In this capacity, she was instrumental in aligning strategic planning with the firm’s vision, ensuring seamless human resources and financial management, and fostering a vibrant firm culture.

Janis earned her B.A. in Child Development with an emphasis in Psychology from San Jose State University. She is a member of the CPA Firm Management Association, CalChamber Organization and SHRM.

Though also loyal CrossFitter, Janis is an outdoor enthusiast at heart. She finds joy in hiking, skiing, road biking, and time spent traveling with her family and friends.
